Every participant receives a complete dossier about
the country, the region or the product treated.
We taste food specialities and wines from the area.
If the theme of the session is a product, a tasting will follow.
The purpose of a tasting worthy of the name is to evaluate the organoleptic characteristics specific of a particular product at a particular moment. Tasting involves three essential and consecutive steps one cannot avoid: sight, scent and smell.
