Where?

At your office or at home.


When?

Monday to Friday from 8 am. to 7 pm.


Custom-made classes:

We provide custom-designed classes meant to satisfy participants requirements regarding length, schedule as well as contents of didactic programme which will be designed in collaboration with us in order to meet you linguistic objectives.


Teaching unit:

One teaching unit lasts 45 minutes.
Minimum duration is 90 minutes per class.


Cancellation::

Private and semi-private lessons may be cancelled without charge if at least 24 hours notice (within office hours) is given before the scheduled time. A maximum of five cancellations is allowed per session. Afterwards all cancellations will be charged.

Cancellation must always be confirmed by E-mail.

Lessons scheduled at 8.am. may be cancelled without charge if at least 36 hours notice (within office hours) is given before the scheduled time.

Lessons scheduled on Mondays may be cancelled without charge if notice is given before Friday at noon.


Abscence:

Neither compensation nor reimbursement will be given for lessons a student may miss.


Transport costs:

Additional transport costs will be taken into account only if teaching takes place outside the city.
